Indonesia’s construction projects value is expected to reach over USD 22 billion in 2024 with the split of 47% civil sector and 53% building construction. Civil sector includes infrastructure
development such as roads, bridges, dams, ports, power generators, and more. On the other hand, the building sector covers industrial, residential, retail and office. Residential is
projected to top the sector with over 30% of the share, followed by industrial with 25%, whilst
retail and office are emerging in 2024.
