Registration is open for the 8th Central European Drymix Mortar Conference taking place at Çırağan Palace, İstanbul, Turkey, on Thursday, 19. September 2024. An Early Bird special is running until 31. July 2024 for drymix mortar manufacturers, they pay only 170 € p.P. instead of 190 € .P. (payment by credit card online is required). Register now for the 17th Annual SEADMA Conference on 14. November 2024 organized by the South East Drymix Mortar Association in cooperation with Vietnam Institute for Building Materials VIBM at New World Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for the. This full-day event features a comprehensive lecturing program with both local and international content as well as an Industry Showcase and of course will give you plenty of networking opportunities. Our preliminary program is published on www.drymix.info and is regularly updated.

1.4 Announcing: East Asia Drymix Mortar Meeting in Seoul, South Korea, on 25. February 2025: Exclusive Lectures per Product Segment Available

drymix.info is pleased to announce the East Asia Drymix Mortar Meeting in Seoul on 25FEB25. This meeting will be the first event where drymix.info's new Exclusive Product Segment feature is being applied: on a first-come-first serve basis, only one lecture per product segment is being admitted, hurry up to make your booking. The Industry Showcase (gold sponsoring) remains open for all interested sponsors. A few Product Segments are still open for topics, the Call for Papers expires on 30NOV24. Our ambition is to expand in the Far East mortars market comprising the ring of 3 countries South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

1.5 5th Philippine Drymix Mortar Meeting, 27. February 2025, Call for Papers Issued

The Philippine Drymix Mortar Manufacturers Association PhilDMMA and The South East Asia Drymix Mortar Association SEADMA Ltd, Singapore, are inviting to The 5th Philippine Drymix Mortar Meeting. This event will take place in the Manila area on Thursday, 27. February 2025. We are particularly looking forward to seeing drymix mortar experts from the entire region again and are calling Partners and Members to submit papers.

1.6 Issued at idmmcX (and ECS Nürnberg): Drymix Mortar Yearbook 2025

The  Drymix Mortar Yearbook 2025 will be issued at idmmcX, Nürnberg, Germany, on 25. March 2025 (immediately before European Coatings Show 2025), it will be given to all our delegates in the following events 2025 and spring 2026. Scientific content is highly appreciated, but also product presentations (advertorials) are welcome - a wonderful tool to keep in touch with your key customers. Deadline for materials is 01DEC24, but we recommend to place your order/propose your content immediately.

2. DK Fine Chemical joins drymix.info as Industrial Partner

DK Fine Chemical (DFC) of Seoul, South Korea, has decided to join drymix.info as industrial partner. Established in 2002, DK Fine Chemical is a cellulose ether (HEC, MHEC, HPMC, CMC) manufacturing company supplying additives for the construction industry used for mortars, cement or rendering serving as thickener or superplasticizer. DFC also has branch offices in China and South Africa.

3. Heidelberg Materials Acquires Companies in the US and Great Britain

Heidelberg Materials of Heidelberg, Germany announced the acquisition of Highway Materials, Inc., Flowertown, PA, USA, an aggregates and asphalt producer in the Greater Philadelphia area with operations including crushed stone, hot-mix asphalt, clean fill, construction services and concrete recycling. Heidelberg Materials also expanded its presence in Texas by acquiring the aggregates producer Victory Rock of Travis County, TX, USA, as well as the concrete recycler and materials producer Aaron Materials of Aransas Pass, TX, USA. In England, the company acquired the construction soil and aggregate recycling company B&A Group of Bristol.

4. Bocedi joins drymix.info as Industrial Partner

Oficina Bocedi srl of Pratissolo di Scandiano, Italy, has decided to join drymix.info as industrial partner. Founded in 1966, Bocedi started with the production of Shrink Ovens. Today, Bocedi is a manufacturer of end of the line packaging systems focused on stretch and shrink hood packaging machines.

5. Billerud joins drymix.info as Industrial Partner

Billerud AB of Solna, Sweden, has decided to join drymix.info as industrial partner. For over 150 years the company has been operating in the paper business. Today Billerud is specialized in specialty papers and packaging materials including sack paper packaging solutions with production units in Sweden, Finland and the USA.
